The group rate is available for three days pre and post event based on room availability via the provided link or contact Hilton Global reservations directly at (888) 446-6677.

The link goes to the standard reservations page with your group code preloaded. Individual guests need to input their arrival and departure dates which need to fall within the group contract dates (+/- 3 days) and click “Update” to go to the group’s specific rate and availability page. From there, they will select a room type that they prefer and input their personal details to complete the reservation. Your guests may also use their Hilton Honors number with the group rate.

We offer courtesy airport transportation from the hours of 4:45am – 11:45pm. We ask that you retrieve any checked in baggage first, and then call the hotel directly at 619-224-3621 to notify them of your arrival and airline. The hotel agent will instruct you on where to wait for the shuttle and provide an estimated time of arrival. Please note typical travel time from the airport is 7 minutes.

This is more expensive than The Double Tree. The Dana is located near the wedding venue in Mission Bay but still only about 15 minutes from the airport. It is close to Mission Beach and offers plenty of good dining options nearby.

This waterfront family-owned hotel, known for impeccable service, is the closest to our wedding venue. The Bahia offers various room options including bay front and bay view suites. The resort is a short walking distance to the ocean, the boardwalk, and several

beach front restaurants and seaside attractions. Situated on a fourteen-acre peninsula, The Bahia Resort Hotel has tropical gardens, a playground, two rescue seals living in its pond, and onsite restaurants, including an Air Stream breakfast spot for casual morning grab and go patio dining.

Guests can take a 45-minute sightseeing cruise on the Bahia Belle, a turn-of-the- century Mississippi-style steamboat that offers refreshments and a relaxing way to tour the bay.
